$0.00

Size : (10 x 20 x 20) cm - approx

Material : Sedge leaves (Bags) and Trichospermum Bark (Sling)

Noken Tikil are woven cuboid bags, which come with a cover and one long strap. "Noken" is "Papuan bags", refer to UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Lists. And "Tikil" is the local name for sedges (Lepironia articulata) which is the main material of this woven bag. Indigenous people in Mayalibit Bay used it to complement their fashion for special events. We preserve these traditional values in the production process, including motives, natural dyes and raw materials, as used by their ancestors. You can use this sling bag for daily activities, because it is lightweight and weather resistant, suitable to carry anywhere.
