Krubi (Kremes Ubi)

KRUBi is a short name for Kremes Ubi. Kremes means cruchcy; while Ubi means sweet potatoes. It's a tradional snack made of sweet potatoes and coconut sugar. We deep fry the grated sweet potatoes in the caramelized coconut sugar. It gives a sweet and crunchy taste until the last bite. Our sweet potatoes is more solid and less water, that makes it's a perfect choice for crunchy snack like Kremes Ubi.
