Mukura Dashdot

Description

Mukura Dashdot is a ceramic ventilation block serving as a low-tech solution for a larger context of passive design strategy in green architecture. Installation of dashdot allows a building to obtain more natural cross ventilation and sunlight, a real challenge in tropic and sub-tropical areas. Application of dashdots can save electricity and most importantly makes people living inside the building healthier, a priority during this COVID-19 pandemic. Dashdot is the only product in building materials from Indonesia to have won the Good Design Award Tokyo in 2018.
