Pempek Bunan

Pempek is a typical Palembang food which is prepared from ground mackerel fish mixed with starch. Pempek is usually served with vinegar sauce which has a sour, sweet and spicy taste. Pempek is served in various variants, ranging from pempek lenjer, kapal selam, crispy, pistel, keriting, and adaan. In addition to pempek, we also serve tekwan and model which are also typical Palembang foods served with a sauce containing shrimp. Even though they are made of the same material, they are presented in a different shape, with small round tekwan while the large round model contains tofu.
